What Information We Collect

This policy explains how The Law Office of Kylene Ross, PLLC ("we," "us") handles information collected through www.kyleneross.com. It applies only to this website.

Information you choose to give us. When you call us, email us, send a message through our online intake form, or use the chat window on this site, we receive whatever you decide to share. That usually includes your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your legal matter, such as a court date or county.

• Intake form. Our "Send us a message" form is provided by Clio Grow, a legal practice management service. Information you submit there is stored by Clio on our behalf.

• Chat. Messages sent through the chat window are delivered to us through Wix, the company that hosts this website.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host Wix uses cookies and server logs to run the site, keep it secure, and give us basic visit statistics (for example, which pages are viewed). This can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.

We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party ad tracking on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy.

How We Use and Share It

We use the information you send us to respond to you, decide whether we can help, check for conflicts of interest, and schedule a consultation.

• We do not sell your information.

• Service providers. We share information only with companies that help us operate, such as our website host (Wix), our intake and practice management provider (Clio), and our phone and email providers.

• Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or our professional obligations.

No attorney-client relationship yet. Contacting us through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential details about your case until we have confirmed that we can represent you.

Security and retention. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no method of sending information over the internet is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by our professional obligations.
